Jay And Lotta have learnt and got inspiration from many different spiritual traditions. Like The red path, Hawaiian shamanism, Hindu fire ceremonies, Hawaiian shamanism and various medicine ceremony traditions.

They work with the white door, they follow the wheel of life , their ancestral linage and celebrate the ceremonies and festivals of the changing seasons, equinoxes and solstices with sacred songs and prayers and soma medicine.

They also hold Asatro ceremonies on the 9th of every month. Bringing back the old ways of the white people. Here we honor our ancestors, the elements and the Gods of old. Like Odin, Freya, Thor, Baldur, Frigga, Idun and many more.

They brew their own mead, which is the sacrament and read the runes for each participant. And sing songs in honor to all that.
